Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Spin888 ("Spin888", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Spin888 platform available at spin888.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and customer support functions (collectively, the "Platform").

• You are opening only one Account; multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited;
• The personal information you submit during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Spin888 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time, including during initial registration, upon a withdrawal request, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Account Registration

Registration for a Spin888 Account requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your username and password.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Where Spin888 identifies multiple Accounts linked to the same person by any means, including shared device, shared IP address, matching payment method, or matching identity documents, Spin888 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You should not share your password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify Spin888 support immediately at [email protected]. Spin888 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful and must reflect your actual identity. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Spin888 operates mandatory Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with anti-money-laundering principles and responsible gambling requirements. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during the lifecycle of your Account.

5.1 Documents Required

You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: MyKad (front and back), valid Malaysian passport, or government-issued driver's licence;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence in your name dated within the preceding three months;

5.2 Verification Timeline

Spin888 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification. Spin888 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or illegible documentation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Spin888 Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of locally relevant payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT/cryptocurrency where available.

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50. Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes of successful processing, subject to the policies of your chosen payment provider. Spin888 does not apply processing fees to standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Spin888 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met;

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for individual entertainment use only and may not be transferred between Accounts;
• Spin888 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or the exploitation of system errors, will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and may lead to Account closure;
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method is permitted;
• Spin888 reserves the right to exclude specific games or markets from bonus wagering contribution calculations.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, X15 means the bonus amount must be wagered fifteen times in qualifying games before the resulting balance may be withdrawn).

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While an active bonus is applied to your Account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is MYR 500 unless the specific promotion terms state a lower cap. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may, at Spin888's discretion, result in the voiding of the bet and the forfeiture of any associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 14 calendar days after the date of credit. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account without replacement or notification.

Permitted Use

Access to and use of the Spin888 Platform is permitted solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may access and use the Platform on your own behalf using compatible personal devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers.

You are permitted to place real-money wagers, participate in promotions for which you are eligible, access educational resources, and contact customer support — provided at all times that your use is consistent with these Terms and any applicable rules specific to individual games or betting markets.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Spin888 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or attempting to circumvent a previous Account closure;

Spin888 reserves the right to investigate any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, game titles, software, database structures, written materials, and other intellectual property accessible through the Spin888 Platform are the exclusive property of Spin888 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in such intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Operation of multiple Accounts;
• Provision of false personal information;
• A self-exclusion request made by the Account holder;
• A request received from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting Spin888 customer support. Where a positive real-money balance exists at the time of closure, Spin888 will process a withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no breaches of these Terms are under investigation.

Responsible Gambling
